Terra — Whole-Body Vibration Plate, 330 lb Capacity
Some days call for a heavy session. Most days call for ten quiet minutes. The Terra is a whole-body vibration plate built for the second kind — a low platform you step onto for a few minutes of standing, squats, or holds, then slide under the console when you're done.
Vibration adds instability, so the body works harder to stay balanced. Bodyweight movements feel different than they do on the floor, and simply standing on it is enough to raise a little warmth in the legs and feet. No jumping, no loading, no gym required.
Why it earned its place
- Low-impact by design. A standing platform rather than a machine — an option on days when joints would rather not.
- Everything included. Remote control, two handled resistance cables, four loop bands, power cord and manual, all in the box.
- Built to hold. 330 lb weight capacity with a textured, non-slip surface and rubber feet.
- Lives in the room. Slim at 5 inches tall and quiet enough to use while the household carries on around you.
- Also a foot massager. Sit down, rest your feet on it, lowest speed — a common way to end the day.

- Seated. Feet resting on the platform at a low speed.
- Alongside other routines. Frequently used as part of at-home lymphatic and massage routines, often paired with dry brushing or leg elevation.
Good to know
Start at the lowest speed and short durations, and build from there — vibration feels unfamiliar at first. Use on a hard, level floor rather than thick carpet.
